About Stichting-HEYOKA

Heyoka is an organisation which was founded on 2 July 1996 by Chief-HEYOKA.

Chief-HEYOKA is a native Canadian, from where the underlying principles of the organisation evolved. As a personal initiative, its programme is based purely on life experience.



The organisation aims to develop activities which will lead to a reinterpretation of art and culture in all their many facets, but in particular through music.
Through these activities it supports people with restrictions and less fortunate with all kinds of assistance issues.

The organisation aims to achieve its objectives through the following:
1. by organising projects, workshops and courses
2. by carrying out scientific research
3. by organising total-theatre and exhibitions
